WHAT IS THE ROOM RATE AT THE WYNDHAM GRAND BONNET CREEK?

The rate per night is $179 + tax.  Rates are subject to 12.5% occupancy and state tax.

The Daily Resort Fee of $20 per night has been waived for all InXpress Convention attendees.  This includes the following services: High speed Internet access in guestrooms, Use of Fitness Center, Complimentary schedule shuttle service to Disney Parks & Attractions, local calls, and In-room coffee.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax is required to hold your reservation.  Notice of cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a refund of the deposit.

Check-in time is 4 PM.  Check-out time is 11 AM.

HOW DO I REQUEST SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

When you fill out your registration form, you will see a section under each guest asking for any special dietary needs. Please fill this section out so that we may provide you with a meal according to your needs.

We recommend you register by December 15th, 2017 to receive the early bird discount. All other registrations must be made by December 31st.
