HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT?

Taxis are available at the Taxi Stand.  From Gold Coast Airport (OOL), the trip time is about 30 minutes, and from Brisbane Airport (BNE), the trip time is about 70 minutes.

WHAT IS THE ROOM RATE AT QT GOLD COAST?

*Rates are in AUD (Australian Dollars) subject to all applicable govt, GST taxes that apply at time of room occupancy.  Please note that full buffet breakfast purchased on-site will cost $40 per person, per day.

*An additional fee of $55.00 per person is charged for any third person staying in an accommodation room. This fee includes a rollaway bed and additional linen & amenities for the extra guest.

Full payment of rooms are due on arrival. After 21 days before arrival date, the accommodation is non-refundable and the credit card on file will be charged in the case of a no-show/cancellation. All cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected].

Check-in time is 2 PM.  Check-out time is 11 AM.

Daily Parking Fees

Undercover parking is available to attendees at $20.00 per 24 hours, subject to availability. Valet car parking is unavailable due to Covid-19
restrictions. *Car parking prices subject to change without notice.

HOW MUCH DOES REGISTRATION FOR CONVENTION COST?

If you have already paid the Registration Fee for Adelaide, you don’t need to complete the registration again and your fee has been held over to be used towards this 2022 Conference.  Please email [email protected] to confirm your desired room type (see above) and new hotel dates.  Only attendees who haven’t registered yet need to complete the full registration process.

HOW DO I REQUEST SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

When you fill out your registration form, you will see a section under each guest asking for any special dietary needs. Please fill this section out so that we may provide you with a meal according to your needs.

WHEN SHOULD I REGISTER?

We recommend you register by April 1, 2022 to receive the early bird discount. All other registrations must be made by May 1, 2022.  Please note that the Early Registration discount will only apply to new attendees who have not registered previously.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Welcome Reception –

Business casual is recommended. For men, slacks or khaki pants, and a collared shirt with or without a jacket; for women slacks or skirt, with a collared shirt, or dress. Bring a sweater or jacket as some events may be outdoors. It is also likely the general session room may be chilly.
