WHAT IS THE ROOM RATE AT THE ONE KING WEST HOTEL?
The rate per night is $CAD 129 + tax. Rates are subject to applicable federal, provincial, municipal or other taxes.
A deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax is required to hold your reservation. Notice of cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a refund of the deposit.
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
Daily Parking Fees
Limited Valet only parking is available for a charge of $49 for overnight parking per night. Self-park options are available within walking distance of the hotel.
HOW MUCH DOES REGISTRATION FOR CONVENTION COST?
If you have already paid the Registration Fee in 2020, it will be held over and used towards the 2022 Convention. All rates are in $CAD.

HOW DO I REQUEST SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?
When you fill out your registration form, you will see a section under each guest asking for any special dietary needs. Please fill this section out so that we may provide you with a meal according to your needs.
WHEN SHOULD I REGISTER?
We recommend you register by March 7, 2022 to receive the early bird discount. All other registrations must be made by March 28, 2022.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Welcome Reception: Business casual is recommended. For men, slacks or khaki pants, and a collared shirt with or without a jacket; for women slacks or skirt, with a collared shirt, or dress. Bring a sweater or jacket as some events may be outdoors. It is also likely the general session room may be chilly.
