WHAT IS THE ROOM RATE AT THE LUXOR LAS VEGAS?

The InXpress room rate per night for weekday (February 24 & 25) is $36 + tax, and Friday/weekend (February 26 & 27) is $87 + tax per night.  Rates are subject to 13.38% occupancy and state tax.

A $35.00 Daily Resort Fee plus applicable Clark County room tax at the time of stay which is currently Thirteen and Thirty Eight Percent (13.38%) (subject to change) is applied to each hotel room reservation and includes amenities that are sure to enhance the guest experience. For all registered guests, the resort fee includes: Property-wide high speed wireless internet access (public spaces, meeting space and in-room), unlimited local and toll free calls, airline boarding pass printing, and cardio room access for guests 18+.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax is required to hold your reservation.  Notice of cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a refund of the deposit.

Check-in time is 4 PM.  Check-out time is 11 AM.

Currently self-parking is complimentary, however this is subject to change.

HOW MUCH DOES REGISTRATION FOR CONVENTION COST?

Attendees will be able to select either In-Person (On-site at the Luxor) or Virtual (Online Livestream) Registration.  In-Person registrations will be charged per person as usual.  If a Franchisee selects Virtual, they only need to purchase one main registration.  Each individual that registers will receive a unique link to watch the virtual convention.  This link is unique to each individual and cannot be shared.  All Attendees still must complete registration.  If an individual wishes switch from In-Person to Virtual, they must pay the difference and request in writing by Friday, February 12, 2021.  In the event a Franchise has those both attending In-Person and Virtually, please email [email protected] for further information.

HOW DO I REQUEST SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

When you fill out your registration form, you will see a section under each guest asking for any special dietary needs. Please fill this section out so that we may provide you with a meal according to your needs.

WHEN SHOULD I REGISTER?

We recommend you register by January 15, 2021 to receive the early bird discount. All other registrations must be made by January 24, 2021.

General Sessions –

Business casual is recommended. For men, slacks or khaki pants, and a collared shirt with or without a jacket; for women slacks or skirt, with a collared shirt, or dress.
